Rossi Construction, Inc. is a fast growing construction company doing business around the Tampa Bay area. We are currently looking for small construction business owners who are tired of working for themselves and dealing with the headaches that go along with being a business owner. We are looking for owners who enjoy the hands on part of their business, people who like to work with their hands and run a job site. We are looking for people with extensive experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling.

We are currently looking for working Superintendents/Lead Carpenters. A Superintendent/ Lead Carpenter is a craftsman with extensive skill and experience level, able to manage job sites with multiple employees and trade contractors. We are looking for skilled craftsmen with experience on how to effectively complete projects on time and under budget. We want people who move quickly and effectively to get the job done correctly the first time.

Previous Job Experience Required

 A Superintendent/Lead Carpenter must have a minimum of seven years in all phases of residential construction and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have owned and operated their own construction business in the past.

Knowledge Required to Successfully Execute the Job

 The candidate will possess extensive knowledge of residential construction, residential remodeling, construction practices, construction procedures, construction techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, safety and applicable building codes.
